The first floor has one bedroom with a queen-size bed, and the living room has a queen-size mattress in the pull-out couch. The second floor has a king-size bed in the master bedroom resting under vaulted ceilings and affording fantastic downtown views. The master suite also has a private covered patio, steam shower, and a huge garden bathtub. The second floor has three additional bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed. The third floor has a small lock-off room with a full-size bed (a separate sleeping area with dimensions of 8’x20’). There’s also a private casita in a separate unit off the backyard – a Murphy bed that makes room for a small office space with a desk – complete with a private bathroom.

There is no shortage of spaces to enjoy quality time with friends and family. The house boasts three large living areas – one for each floor – along with four covered porches replete with ceiling fans to fend off the Texas heat. There is a large dining room table, perfect for group dinners or game nights. There is a large closet full of children’s toys, books, and a Pack ’n Play crib, convenient for families with young children. The 2-car garage, covered parking, and spacious street parking will fit any size group’s vehicles.

From the Cozy 3rd floor balcony
The 3rd floor has a couch, TV, fireplace, and wet bar, making it a private den for entertainment. The doors open up onto a balcony with additional seating, giving you unobstructed, gorgeous views of Downtown Austin and the State Capitol.

This kitchen will become the de facto gathering space for your group. The modern kitchen has two large sinks, four ovens, a state-of-the-art gas stovetop, and a massive refrigerator to hold all your food and beverages. Whether you cook here or eat out, the large inviting space is welcoming to all.

We pride ourselves on our premium hospitality amenities: shampoo, soaps, paper products, and hotel-quality linens and towels. The house has an in-unit washer and dryer, as well as central AC/heat. We also have a SONOS sound system connected through an iPad touch display, high-speed WiFi, cable TV, and four security cameras.

The huge patio and backyard offer a pool and hot tub, as well as an outdoor grill and comfortable seating if you feel like kicking back for a BBQ with friends and family. The enclosed yard offers privacy to enjoy the two putting greens, washer pits, cornhole boards, and fire pit. This space remains cool in the summer and has plenty of ways to warm you up in the winter.
